At 11:36 A.M. on Saturday August 27, The Lynnfield Police Department responded to a complaint of a suspicious person at Harvey Park seated in a vehicle. There have been several complaints of possible drug activity at that location in recent weeks. Officers Kilroy, Secatore, and Sergeant Lamusta responded. After conducting an investigation, Officer Nicholas Secatore located 44 bags of Heroin inside the vehicle. Officer Secatore arrested David S. Moreno, 21, of 75 Dewitt Dr. Roxbury Ma. He was charged with illegal possession of a Class A Drug. Illegal possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, and a controlled substance violation near a school zone. Moreno will be arraigned at Peabody District Court on Monday.
